TECHNIA Timeline

TECHNIA are a leading global knowledge company in PLM, working with over 6000 clients worldwide, many of them listed on the Fortune 500. TECHNIA is a part of Addnode Group, listed at the Nasdaq OMX Nordic List.

Where It All Started

TECHNIA was originally founded in 1994 by Staffan Hanstorp, Jonas Gejer and Johan Petrini. In December 2004, TECHNIA became part of the Addnode Group (listed at the Nasdaq OMX Nordic List, Small Cap). Since then, TECHNIA has become one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden, with offices all around the globe, working with international brands such as Ericsson, Haglöfs, Mölnlycke Healthcare, Nokia, TUI Nordic and Scania.

Becoming One Brand

In 2015 TECHNIA merged with Transcat, the leading German PLM Company. Transcat had been active since 1984, working with brands such as Porsche, Bosch and Metabo. In 2018, Addnode PLM acquired Intrinsys – Dassault Systèmes leading UK PLM partner, with essential experience and knowledge and with a full range of PLM design, analysis, manufacturing and consulting skills complement an extensive software programming and IT capability.
